For dealerships

Your inventory, sold onlineto the whole country.

Future Cars is a premium online storefront where a buyer picks a specific vehicle at a posted price, pays in full online, signs the purchase agreements, and has the car delivered to their door anywhere in the US. You stay the dealer: every sale is written by your store, on your paper, with your store as seller of record. We are the storefront, the checkout, the buyer communication, and the delivery coordination in front of your inventory.

How it works

A full sales channel, not a lead form.

The buyer completes the entire purchase online. Your team papers deals it did not have to source, and nothing else about your workflow changes.

  1. 01

    Your inventory, automatically

We connect to your inventory feed, new and pre-owned, present each unit with studio-grade imagery and full specs, and publish it at a posted price you control. Remove any vehicle at any time.

  2. 02

    A buyer purchases online

The entire purchase happens on futurecars.ai: not a lead, a completed sale. Full payment lands securely via Stripe before anything moves.

  3. 03

    Your store papers the deal

As seller of record: your DMS, your state forms, your compliance process, your vehicle margin. We coordinate signatures with the buyer.

  4. 04

    We coordinate delivery

Licensed, insured auto transport to the buyer's door, anywhere in the US, with a certificate of insurance on file before release. Release happens only when funds are secured.

What it costs, how you get paid

One flat fee. Your margin stays yours.

The standard agreement is deliberately simple, and the terms below are its terms, not marketing.

A flat monthly subscription
$2,500 per month per rooftop for the storefront, checkout, marketing, and delivery coordination. Never per-sale, per-lead, or success-based.
$0 until your first sale
The monthly fee is waived until we complete the first sale of one of your vehicles through the storefront. Billing begins after that first sale, and nothing accrues before it.
Month-to-month
Either party can end the agreement without cause on thirty days written notice, and the fee is reviewed on request once a quarter against actual volume.
You are paid in full
Buyer payments are collected on your behalf and the full vehicle price is remitted to you without deduction. The subscription is invoiced separately and is never set off against remittances.
No exclusivity
Nothing restricts you from selling through any other channel, marketplace, or your own site.
Your price, your paper
You supply the vehicle price and all vehicle-specific terms. We publish no consumer price other than the ones you supply, and every sale is written by your store.

What onboarding needs

Six things, and most stores have five already.

Once the agreement is signed and your feed is connected, the platform work on our side is configuration, not a project. The one item that genuinely drives the timeline is feed access, which is why the form asks about it directly.

  • Your registered legal entity name

Exactly as on your dealer license. It becomes the seller-of-record disclosure on every one of your sales.

  • Your licensed state and website platform

The state selects the compliance posture; the platform (DealerOn, DealerInspire, or other) selects how we connect to your inventory.

  • A signed partnership agreement

It names your store seller of record, licenses us to publish your vehicle photography, and sets an agreed takedown path so you can pull any vehicle at any time.

  • Inventory feed access with per-vehicle photo URLs

Granted by you or your website vendor. This is the item that most often sets the go-live timeline, so we ask about it in the form below.

  • Per-vehicle stock status, and what each value means

We only label a car as in stock when it is physically on your lot, so we confirm your DMS status values with you rather than guessing.

  • Same-day papering on completed purchases

When a buyer completes a purchase online, we ask that your store papers the deal the same day.

Start onboarding

Introduce your dealership.

Five minutes, no commitment. We review every submission, reply from partnerships@futurecars.ai, and bring the agreement to the first call.

Your dealership

It becomes the seller-of-record disclosure on every one of your sales, so the licensed name matters.

Usually whoever runs your website: it decides how we connect to your inventory.

Inventory feed

Can your store grant us inventory feed access with per-vehicle photo URLs?

This is the item that most often sets the go-live timeline. Not sure is a fine answer, we will help you find out.
